Apprentice winner thanks The Rejuvenation Centre for helping his triumph.
At a charity gala held in the plush offices of Allen Overy in Spitalfields, London, on July 9th 2008, Lee McQueen, this year’s winner of Sir Allan Sugar’s hit TV show, The Apprentice, auctioned two luxury treatments at The Rejuvenation Centre to an ecstatic audience.
In his introductory speech Lee thanked The Rejuvenation Centre in general and Tarik Dulic in particular for their part in his winning performance. Tarik is one of the world’s leading practitioners of energy healing and had the crowd on its feet participating in extremely loud Chinese energising voice exercises.
Holding the prize aloft and exhorting the audience to bid high, Lee declared, “Come on, I want to hear some high offers, after all I went there (The Rejuvenation Centre) and I won the competition. Thank you Tarik.”
Life’s 4 Living and the London Rejuvenation Centre worked in conjunction with the children’s charity, Norwood, in an evening based on The Apprentice and designed as an entertainment spectacular and to raise funds for Norwood. The show was hosted by BBC Television presenter, Emma Howard and featured the five finalists from the 2008 series.
Lee, who has been involved in various newspaper-driven controversies since his acclamation, mainly based around the fact that he failed to turn up for his first day of work at Sir Alan’s Brentwood headquarters, stunned the other contestants and the assembled crowd with a ‘surprise’ appearance half way through the proceedings. Looking stunning and every inch the star he proved a huge hit and gave the whole evening a lift. Life’s 4 Living and The Rejuvenation Centre would like to congratulate Lee on his success and thank him for his contribution to our successful event. |
