The Daily Peace Programme was first piloted in New Zealand within a small SEN (Special Educational Needs) school called Ahuroa School. The teacher, Ms Bennett reported that the programme was ‘nothing short of outstanding’ and would highly recommend to other schools.

Today in the UK, we run the Daily Peace Programme within approximately 20 SEN schools and hospitals across the country. The course is six weeks long and is either listened to daily as a course of CD’s or provided in person by a Natural Living Workshop Leader

The programme itself is a simple, themed, daily relaxation workshop called Daily Peace, which lasts between 15 – 30 minutes. Daily Peace is usually done at the beginning of each day, either within individual classes, during assembly with the whole school, or individually with children who need special help and attention (usually in hospitals)

We also provide a special Daily Peace Programme for teachers and parents on CD’s or online, via the Natural Living Club.

The aim of Daily Peace is to help the children become more peaceful, more confident, more cooperative in class and happier.
