Life's 4 Living are happy to send a local Natural Living Workshop Leader to run a session for any of the following groups:

• Mother and baby groups
• Cubs/Brownies/Lions
• Schools o Colleges /Universities
• Companies
• Hospitals
• Hospices
• Civil Servants
• Old peoples homes
• Any other group

The session will be approximately one hour long, and will teach simple and effective techniques that can help everyone relax, reduce stress and feel more energised. If these techniques are practiced regularly they can improve health and prevent sickness.

We do offer a course of CD's for those who wish to continue the programme at home in their own time.
